Waiver Information

All recipients of Medicaid waiver services, not just NOW recipients, who have been impacted by Katrina and needing to resume their waiver services should contact Statistical Resources, Inc. (SRI). This includes recipients of Children's Choice, Adult/Disabled Waiver, etc.. Recipients will be assigned a support coordinator (case manager) who will facilitate the resumption of their waiver services.
